  11/7/2007- RSB Ltd Expands its Partnership with Mexico's Iusacell : Worldcells RSB Limited (RSB) and Iusacell, a leading Mexican telecommunications company, announced today the implementation of RSBs Inter-standard roaming services, enabling Iusacell to offer its subscribers enhanced international voice and data roaming on the new RIM BlackBerry 8830 World Edition smartphone. WorldCell has embarked on this new partnership with Iusacell and officially launch these services on October 15, 2007.

  10/25/2006- WorldCell Awarded Option Period Renewal from DITCO-Europe for Enterprise Wireless Services: WorldCell, Inc, a leading provider of managed services for global enterprise wireless communications, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the option period renewal for the Enterprise Wireless Services contract by DITCO-Europe (Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization – Europe). The option period extension is the first renewal with a total contract award of up to $114 million.   8/3/2006- WorldCell Awarded Wireless Telecommunications Services Contract : Silver Spring, Maryland (July 25, 2006) - WorldCell, Inc is pleased to announce it has been awarded an information technology (IT) services contract by the United States General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule for Telecommunications Transmission Services (Contract Number: GS35F0519S). The contract duration is for a period of up to 15 years, and allows WorldCell to offer its high quality and cost-effective global voice and data mobile communications services directly to all civilian and military federal government agencies, as well as local and state governments.
