Jeffrey S. Simpson has substantial
experience working with venture backed technology companies over the past
fifteen years. These companies include
start-ups, early stage, turnaround and IPO/public entities. Most recently, Mr. Simpson served as the
chief financial officer of Telarix, a software/solutions vendor to international
communication servicer providers. At
Telarix, he assisted in raising $14.5M in three funding rounds fund business
operations and product line expansion.
Mr. Simpsons experience also
includes CFO positions with Marketswitch, a venture backed quantitative analysis
software vendor sold to Experian, ACE*COMM corporation where he was instrumental
in the successful completion of an IPO and the Compucare Company, a healthcare
enterprise software company that was ultimately sold to Quadramed. Mr. Simpson holds a B.S. in
Accounting from the University of
Tennessee and an M.B.A. from the
University of
Georgia. He is a C.P.A. in the District of Columbia.
