Infrastructure
WorldCell’s state-of-the-art data center facility is equipped to maintain and protect our clients’ data and services. Our outstanding service is a result of our advanced, secure infrastructure. It is physically and electronically monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week by professional security personnel, in order to avoid environmental or security threats.
Access to the data center is limited, and all visitors are thoroughly screened and escorted while on premises. All activities in these areas are under 24/7/365 video surveillance. Once inside the data center, access is controlled by biometric hand-scanners coupled with electronic access-control card readers. The access-control system records the movement of individuals.
WorldCell’s data facility utilizes redundant power sources, OC12 and OC48 connectivity, and diesel fuel generators. It is also supported by onsite system administrators, network administrators and engineers.
It is designed to be reliable and resilient. Our IT infrastructure supports applications and data for government agencies and commercial organizations.
