History
WorldCell was formed in 1996 with the mission of providing seamless enterprise managed global wireless connectivity to U.S. based commercial customers. That mission has matured from early retail rental of cellular phones to business road warriors to current long-term managed service contracts, complemented by roaming brokerage and inter-standard wireless interoperability services to network operators and venue owners.
Throughout the years Worldcell has evolved into a wireless GEMS (Global Enterprise Managed Services) organization providing solutions for government and commercial sectors. In the last decade, WorldCell has continually evolved by developing cutting edge technologies and solutions leading their international and global expansions.
WorldCell has assembled a suite of products and services that includes global coverage, a single consolidated multi-country and multi-operator bill with online management tools that allow you to dissect information as needed, and custom product development. Work is underway to introduce fixed-mobile converged services and expand the profitable wholesale roaming services business.
