RSB Ltd Expands its Partnership with Mexico's Iusacell to Provide Enhanced Global Roaming on the new BlackBerry 8830 World Edition smartphone.

Silver Spring, MD; Mexico City, MX (October 17, 2007)  Worldcells RSB Limited (RSB) and Iusacell, a leading Mexican telecommunications company, announced today the implementation of RSBs Inter-standard roaming services, enabling Iusacell to offer its subscribers enhanced international voice and data roaming on the new RIM BlackBerry 8830 World Edition smartphone. WorldCell has embarked on this new partnership with Iusacell and officially launch these services on October 15, 2007.

"Thanks to RSBs Inter-standard Data Roaming (ISDR) platform we have been able to enhance our clients wireless experience when traveling internationally, said Adrian Velasco, Director of Voice and Data Services at Iusacell. "Iusacell wireless subscribers can now have access to wireless data services including the ability to send and receive email and text messages, browse the Internet from the handset and use the handset as a tethered modem internationally, in addition to the voice services they have become accustomed to while traveling to popular global destinations.

RSB is proud to be able to work with Iusacell, and provide its Inter-standard Voice and Data Roaming service. The Company has worked to make their global roaming service a valuable addition to their service portfolio, explains S. Blake Swensrud, Chief Executive Officer of WorldCell, Inc., RSBs parent company.

Using RSBs Inter-standard Data Roaming platform (ISDR), CDMA carriers are able to provide their customers with seamless international data roaming in countries previously unreachable, through one single agreement.

The RSB platform provides the ability to allow CDMA wireless network users to roam on GSM networks internationally. Billing records related to calls made on the foreign GSM system are converted by RSB and appear as regular calls on the customers monthly statements from their wireless provider. This service gives customers full access to both North Americas superior CDMA coverage and GSMs broad worldwide coverage footprint while using their regular phone and number.
